Who operates Dropshift
This policy covers the Dropshift website, extension and conversion API. Operator: TAM Software. 06 Anandi Apt, W Wing, Virar East, Maharashtra 401305, India Contact: support@trydropshift.com.
Local tools and browser permissions
Free local file tools process supported files in the extension. Browser actions read the page content needed for the task you start, subject to Chrome permissions. This website does not accept file uploads; the animated example uses sample content only.
Pro uploads
When you confirm a Pro conversion, your selected file and relevant tool options are sent to the Dropshift API on Railway. The self-hosted conversion engine does not upload documents to another conversion API. Temporary working files are removed after each request. This does not delete your downloaded copies or operational network records.
Licence information
The service stores licence status, customer and subscription references, billing-period information, usage counts and device records. Device records include an identifier, a device name and activity timestamps. This information supports access checks, device limits and usage accounting.
Payments and service providers
Dodo Payments processes checkout and subscription payments; Railway hosts the API. Their services have separate terms and privacy notices. Data may be processed outside your country. The extension and this static website do not ask for card numbers.
Website analytics and support
The website uses Google Analytics 4 only if you choose Accept analytics. Before that choice, or if you decline, the Google Analytics script does not load. If accepted, Google may receive page visits, browser and device information, approximate location and related usage data, and may set analytics cookies. We do not intentionally send document contents, card details or licence keys to Google Analytics. Change your choice at any time using Analytics settings on the website. The contact form prepares a draft in your email app; it does not submit to this website. Support messages you choose to send may be used to respond to your request.
Retention and requests
Licence, usage and support records are retained as needed to operate subscriptions, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. We review requests against any legal retention requirements. Do not include passwords, card details or full licence keys.
