A few useful details

Scrolling capture collects visible sections of a page into a longer image. It is useful for layouts and visual records, while webpage-to-PDF is a better choice when you want readable text content.

What to know first

Sticky elements, animations, lazy loading and very long pages can affect the result. Browser-protected pages cannot be captured through normal extension actions.

Common questions

Can very long pages be captured?

Capture length is limited to keep memory use manageable. Check the output when working with unusually long pages.

Does the screenshot contain editable text?

No. A screenshot is an image. Use webpage export or OCR when you need text you can edit or search.
