A BETTER WORKFLOW

How to batch convert files and download a ZIP

A handful of files should feel like one task. Use a supported batch workflow, check each result and collect the finished files in a single download.

1. Group files by the task

Start with files that need the same conversion. A group of images going to JPG is a straightforward batch. Avoid mixing unrelated document types and expecting one output choice to fit them all.

2. Add the files and choose the output

Open the relevant tool and select multiple compatible files. Review the file list and output format. For a Pro workflow, you will be asked to confirm that the selected files are uploaded to the conversion service.

3. Understand the usage before converting

Pro usage is per successful file. Five successful PDF-to-Word conversions use five operations, even when the downloads are packaged in one ZIP. An unsuccessful file does not count as a successful conversion.

4. Download and review the archive

After processing, download the available outputs. Multiple outputs are packaged in a ZIP so they stay together. Extract the archive and check the results before deleting or replacing your originals. Use smaller batches for large files or devices with limited memory.
